Rinoa Heartilly is a beautiful, charming
young woman who captivates others with her good looks and friendly, tender
personality. She is shy to some extent, and very honest and open about
her feelings. Her occupation lies as a leader of a rebel group known as
the 'Forest Owls', and her ideals and goals have formed an alliance between
her and SeeD. It is in an academy dance where she first meets Squall, and
that is when the romance between them begins to form.
Rinoa wields a weapon known as the blaster
edge. It can be described as a sort of hand held weapon, shaped as a metallic
disc which can be fired at her opponents. Rinoa also has a dog by the name
of Angelo, who shows up during her limit break attacks.
