Well what
can you say about FFVIII? It is one of the most highly acclaimed games
of all time and now that it has been released, it has sent alot of people
into 7th heaven. So just what is all the fuss out about?
Well not
only is FFVIII the latest installment in the Final Fantasy saga, arguably
the best RPG series ever created, but it has also shown a sign of change
in video games as we know them today. The game involves a level of maturity
and beauty that has never been seen in a video game before, and is just
a glimpse of what we can expect in the near future.
The main
theme of the plot is based around love, and follows the exploits of Squall
Leonhart, a secluded young youth who is given a task no man has ever faced
before. As a member of Seed, he must continue to keep the prosperity and
peace that has been maintained over the world thus far. However, the struggles
he faces in the military unit is nothing compared to the inner struggle
within him as he comes to terms with conflicting emotions. He must put
it all aside however, if he is to save the woman he loves.
Well that

section). To sum it all up, Final Fantasy VIII combines an unrivalled storyline,
dazzling graphics, hauntingly exquisite music, and an innovative game system
to form one of the greatest games ever made. Square has really has outdone
itself this time.
